Education, clear water, full belly…
Many African kids have none of them. You can change this.

Akinyi has started her studies in the high school

20160211-WA0000_GFThanks to a one-off support from Afroho, one of our students involved in Kowuor Children Support Programme, Christine Akinyi has started her studies in one of the best high schools in the area. Akinyi finished her primary school studies with outstanding results, she had the most scores in Kowuor Primary School in KCPE, so she got call letters from the best schools in the area. The family finally chose Dudi Girls High School, which is a boarding school nearby.

20160211-WA0001_GFFinally, two-thirds of the school expenses were covered by the family (partly from loans), however by covering the missing amount we also contributed to the expenses and made it possible for Akinyi to start the school in time.

We wish her good luck and great success with her high school studies.

However the most important expenses are covered for now, financing school fee and buying books and stationary in the future remains a significant burden on the family. If you wish to help Akinyi and her family either regularly or by one-off donations, please contact us as [email protected]. Thanks a lot.
